Company Values

Over the first decade of working with our wonderful clients, we’ve developed a set of values. They describe the behaviours we focus on day in, day out.

We know we can help | we won't hard sell.

We are confident and clear in the value that we offer; we will remind clients how we can help.  Yet we are restrained - we are happy to say, “not now” or “not us.”

We invest in our geekiness | we accept our ignorance.

We absorb others’ ideas; we evolve our thinking; we curate our answers.  We are comfortable to come across things we do not know (or have forgotten).  We are curious to experiment and learn.

We are straightforward | we are distinctive.

We work to be easy to understand. We aim to keep our offering simple: the field we work in; the services we offer; the ways we help. We deliver as the real unique human beings that we are.

Respectful & Positive

We honour realities | we challenge constructively.

We all live within a culture, systems, a set of traditions; we cannot understand every aspect.  We assume people are aiming to do the right thing.  We offer a positive but direct point of view - to genuinely be of help.

Considered & Decisive

We consider options | we commit to a choice.

We believe there are many paths to achieve success.  We proactively discuss potential routes.  We believe that a good choice made in good time is better than a perfect choice made too late.

Flexible & Firm

We adapt to what changes | we protect what matters.

We look to be flexible to changing needs and evolving perspectives. However, we call out where the line is – integrity, fairness, learner needs, safety.  We hold firm on these things.

Professional & Honest

We work to get things right | we own our mistakes.

We aim for excellence (not perfection).  We choose what is right over what is expedient.  We hold our hands up as soon as we get things wrong; we focus on fast and effective fixes; then look to improve our practices for next time.
